The Dessert Museum Manila
The Dessert Museum was so much fun. Every room shed light on different desserts and you also get a taste of them. This reminded me of The Ice Cream Museum that I’ve attended in New York and Miami. Manila got their taste of Instagrammable fun. For around $13 (way cheaper that the pop ups that come to NY) you receive a tour through 8 delicious rooms of Donuts, Marshmallows, Candy Canes, Ice Cream, Bubble Gum, Gummy Bears, Cotton Candy and Cakes.
When you arrive you receive a digital wristband that pretty much serves as your ticket for your sweets throughout each room. They will scan you band at each station and you will give it back at the end. There are time slots for each tour to allow everyone a comfortable experience. I recommend pre-booking, luckily I didn’t pre-book but it wasn’t crowded so I was allowed to go in. I’ve noticed that the rooms do change up, since I went during Halloween there was a Halloween themed room.
You can take as many pics as you want (establishments love the free Instagram promo) and there are also photographers there and you can purchase your photos in the end for about $5. I enjoyed the entire place from beginning to end and did not feel rushed. Definitely something to do while in Manila.
